Professionalism Award Nominations Sought
Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Sue Bell Cobb recently appointed Daphne attorney Sam Crosby chair of the Professionalism Awards Nomination Committee. Judge Pamela Higgins and Leon Ashford have also agreed to serve on the committee.
The Professionalism Award was created jointly by the Chief Justice's Commission on Professionalism and the Alabama State Bar. It recognizes a judge or a lawyer for his or her outstanding contributions in advancing professionalism of the legal profession in Alabama. The award will be presented at the Alabama State Bar Annual Meeting in July at the Baytowne Conference Center in Sandestin.
