Frank Caprio

Frank M. Caprio is a retired Naval Flight Officer and Mission Commander having served in the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s in active duty and reserve squadrons flying the Lockheed P-3 Orion Aircraft, conducting Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Missions, where he and his aircrews located and tracked Soviet ballistic-missile and fast-attack submarines. Their missions also included search and rescue, drug interdiction, weapons firing and testing, NATO coordination, and general maritime patrol. In his last assignment before retirement he served as the Commanding Officer of an Anti-Submarine Warfare Operations Center.
