Bankruptcy Judgeship Position in the Middle District of Alabama
The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit seeks applications from all highly qualified candidates for a fourteen-year appointment as United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Middle District of Alabama at Montgomery. The Alabama State Bar Young Lawyers Section is hosting its annual Orange Beach CLE on May 20-22, 2021 at the Perdido Beach Resort. Face coverings will be required during inside events and all social activities will take place outdoors.
This course is pending approval by the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Committee of Alabama for a maximum of 6 hours credit, including 1.0 hours of ethics.
