Virtual Track Added to Annual Meeting Registration

NEW!!

We have added a Virtual-Only track for the 2021 Annual Meeting registration. After hearing from many members, we decided to extend the opportunity to hear high-quality speakers and gain CLE credits to those who are not able attend in-person. The $99 virtual registration includes up to 14 hours of CLE credit, including one ethics hour.

Virtual sessions will be held Thursday, July 15 and Friday, July 16. You can register for the virtual track and the in-person conference on your member dashboard!

The full agenda, including CLE sessions and special in-person events, is now available on the Annual Meeting page on our website. You can view it here!

Congratulations to the 2021 Alabama Legal Food Frenzy Winners.

In the sixth year of the program, lawyers throughout the state donated a total of $55,000 dollars in donations, which equates to nearly a quarter of a million pounds in food. It is the largest fundraising outcome the event has raised in the history of the program.

The record-breaking boost benefits Alabama’s four regional food banks. President Methvin joined Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall this morning to celebrate the fundraiser’s success for Alabama’s food banks and the populations they serve.

The law firm or legal organization that donated the most per employee this year is Martin & Helms, PC, which received The Attorney General’s Cup for the second year in a row, with other honors to other firms awarded in categories based on the firm’s size.
