Colonel Harold Howell

Colonel Howell is a WWII veteran and purple heart recipient. He was admitted to practice law in Alabama on September 15, 1949, and he is currently a special member of the Alabama State Bar at age 98. He has practiced law in Autauga County for nearly 70 years.
