The Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution and the Alabama Appellate Mediation Office are sponsoring “Appellate Mediation Training” on November 15, 2018.

The course has been approved by the Alabama State Bar for 6.8 hours of MCLE credit.

Location: 415 Dexter Avenue, Alabama State Bar Board Room in Montgomery, Alabama State Bar
Time: 9:00 a.m. to 4:35 p.m. (Lunch will be served).
Trainers: Jim A. Rives, Esq. with Ball, Ball, Matthews & Novak, PA and Allison O. Skinner, Esq.
Cost: $400 per attendee. If you are a registered mediator with the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution the cost is $350.

In order to register to be on the Appellate Roster, an attorney must be registered on the Alabama State Court Mediator Roster. If you have not taken the 20 or 40 hour mediation course(s) required for the State Court Mediator Roster, you may still take this course then follow up with one of those courses.

Register by October 15, 2018.
