As part of our ongoing missions, the Montgomery Volunteer Lawyers Program and the Alabama State Bar Volunteer Lawyers Program assist Alabamians who qualify for expungement to clear their criminal records. Our “Wiping the Slate Clean” CLE is intended to train our volunteers on how to assist clients through the expungement process and to train public defenders to identify clients or their family members who may benefit from our expungement services.  Presenter, experienced Montgomery attorney, Andrew Skier brings years of legal experience to the table for this training.
