Board of Bar Commissioners At-Large Positions

There are three at-large positions of the Board of Bar Commissioners up for appointment: Place No. 3, Place No. 6 and Place No. 9.

To the extent possible, candidates will be selected to reflect the racial, ethnic, gender as well as the age and geographic diversity of the membership of the Alabama State Bar. Those selected will assume the responsibilities of their office on July 1, 2020. You are encouraged to submit the application and rules to any individual(s) in your circuit who you feel will not only reflect the criteria listed, but who will conscientiously fulfill the obligations of this office and render a valuable service to the legal profession. Applications for nominations must be postmarked no later than April 1, 2020 and returned to the Alabama State Bar Executive Committee, P. O. Box 671, Montgomery, AL, 36101.
