Help Us Promote the 2020 Annual Meeting

As we prepare for the 146th Annual Meeting, set for June 24-27 at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort, we’d love your help promoting the meeting and online registration. One of the ways you can help us is by adding a specially-designed graphic to your email signature.

Instructions for Outlook:

  1. Open the link above, and right-click on the image. Select “Save Image As,” and save the file on your computer.
  2. Go into Outlook, then click on File>Options.
  3. On the left-hand menu, click on Mail then select Signatures, which is the third box on the page.
  4. Place your cursor where you’d like to add the graphic. Locate the toolbar, and to the right of Business Card, click on the image logo.
  5. Upload the Annual Meeting signature graphic from your files.
  6. Select “OK.”
