Reappointment of Bankruptcy Administrator J. Thomas Corbett, Northern District of Alabama

The current five-year term of J. Thomas Corbett, United States Bankruptcy Administrator for the Northern District of Alabama, expires Dec. 4, 2021. As authorized under the Regulations of the Judicial Conference of the United States Governing the Bankruptcy Administrator Program, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit is considering whether Mr. Corbett should be reappointed to a new five-year term.
